Foot Solutions is the world's leading franchise retailer of comfort footwear and arch supports and is committed to providing an excellent level of customer service to our customers. We provide each of our customers with a personalised solution to their foot problems, through an individual assessment and careful selection of suitable product for them and are now seeking an enthusatic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in our store in South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2. Person must be flexible with hours.
The Role:
- Ensuring excellent customer service and care is given to each customer.
- Assisting customers find the right solution for their needs.
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Being professional and empathetic with advising customers.
Required Skills/Interests:
- Being polite and helpful.
- A genuine interest in helping customers resolve their foot problems.
- Being a team player.
- Minimum 2 years previous retail experience essential.
- Previous healthcare experience an advantage.
- Being a quick learner and a good attention to detail.
- Ability to work to store targets and KPIs.
- Flexible and adaptable to working practices and store demands.
- Ability to converse and engage with customers in a natural, warm and polite manner.
- Uses their own Initiative by taking the lead, assessing tasks at hand and being independent.
