TasksTasksPorsche Engineering Romania is currently looking for a Model Based Software Implementer to join the team in Cluj-Napoca/Timisoara, Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high software quality based on Matlab Simulink models, for Porsche current and next generation of chassis systems. You will work in a team that is placed at the base of the V-Cycle plus other responsibilities like translating the model to TargetLink blocks, scaling, code generation, testing, validation, document and ship high quality artifacts. In this role, you will collaborate also with the client and offer model feedback and support. We are oriented towards automation and open to increase more and more our knowledge in this area and of course, happy to share this with you.
- You’ll perform Software-Implementation for automotive system applications
- You’ll maintain, scale, test and validate the software modules and components
- You’ll comprehend the model-based software architecture (AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive)
- You’ll follow automotive software development guidelines, processes and standards
- You’ll review the generated C code, perform static code analysis
- You’ll debug software modules and components, propose solutions, and report issues
- You’ll deliver complete documentation and artefacts at each release cycle
- You’ll collaborate in international project teams, involving also traveling
Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications- You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology or equivalent education
- You have several years of work experience in model-based software implementation
- You have good experience with MATLAB, Simulink and TargetLink/MATLAB Coder (Embedded Coder) or other code generation tools
- Your good working knowledge of automotive SPICE development is a plus
- Your automation mindset and skills are more than welcomed
- You speak English fluently, and German language is considered a plus
- You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
- You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required
