Job description
- Liaise with client on delivery information
- Communicate and coordinate with store hand, logistic partner, driver and client to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Prepare documents for delivery

- Follow up on delivery note after completion
- Inform and alert management to any changes or issues with regards to the delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain and update stock records of selected goods.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Competency
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese and Malay Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure
Requirement
- “N” level and above
- Experience in Manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- 5.5 Working Days
- Working Hours from Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) and Saturday (8.30am – 12.30pm)
