Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator [Singapore]


 

Job description

  • Liaise with client on delivery information
  • Communicate and coordinate with store hand, logistic partner, driver and client to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Prepare documents for delivery

  • Follow up on delivery note after completion
  • Inform and alert management to any changes or issues with regards to the delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain and update stock records of selected goods.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Competency

  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese and Malay Language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure

Requirement

  • “N” level and above
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry would be an advantage
  • 5.5 Working Days
  • Working Hours from Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) and Saturday (8.30am – 12.30pm)
