• Job responsibilities:

• 1. Responsible for the preparation and review of investment estimates, design budgets, revised budgets, construction drawing budgets, bidding control prices, calculations, and settlements at different stages of different projects
  2. Review of contract business terms, Changes, visa fee accounting, price approval and related content index analysis, evaluation analysis and other related cost work
  3. Responsible for target costs at different stages, dynamic cost preparation, data analysis, plan comparison and selection, problem feedback, and raising Early warning and other cost control management work.
  

• Job requirements:

• 1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering cost, engineering budget, civil engineering and other related majors, first-class institutions Priority is given
  2. Have strong learning ability, rigorous logical thinking ability and good professional quality, and be sensitive to data
  3. 2 years or more of cost-related work experience, with experience in construction units , Applicants with costing experience in large real estate companies or costing firms will be given priority.
