We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 56,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
Your Tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders such as Project/ Product Managers in order to receive project priorities
- Analysis of features according to priorities and breakdown into development tasks together with the development team
- Setting & management of team backlogs
- Coordination of development activities with other product development teams and customers
- Building & modification of vision and development roadmap for product features
- Controlling of the development progress and reporting to stakeholders
- Close collaboration with the development team and scrum master
Your Profile
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded software development, ideally in the automotive sector
- Basic experience as a project management or technical lead
- Knowledge of automotive quality- and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO26262)
- Very good understanding of the V-Model Framework
- High interest in coordination between other teams and stakeholders
- Experience in agile development methods (such as Scrum and SAFe)
- Proactive personality with excellent communication skills
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Excellent command of English
