Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description

The Intern will work in the Engagement Team, part of TME Olympic and Paralympic Division (OPD).
OPD role is to create and implement Toyota vision for Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games. The Engagement Team coordinates the Partnership communications and activities towards different stakeholders: internal (employees, Global Team Toyota Athletes) and external (hospitality guests, grand public).
As part of the Engagement Team, the Intern will work in the Hospitality Team, responsible to deliver on the ground experiences during Paris 2024 Games.

Your project

Support the Hospitality & Engagement team in the development of Hospitality programmes for the Toyota guests (internal & external stakeholders).
More concretely, you will support the team on:
  • Preparation of the different guest programmes
  • Coordination of assets and activities
  • Assist the Engagement team with additional activities (communication roadmap, etc.)

Your Profile:
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) and ideally in French (for Paris 2024 relation)
  • You are studying a Master in Product & Marketing, Business development, Sports Management or Communication, with interest in Automotive sector
  • You are motivated, organized, flexible and with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Competent in MS Office products especially PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • You are able to work autonomously
  • You have strong problem solving skills with capability to adapt to new challenges and projects

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
