We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to strengthen our customer service team in the supply of Evac spare parts.
In this role you will be responsible for the sale of spare parts to Evac’s key customers. The selected candidate will join a vibrant customer service team and will be charged with ensuring that our customers spare part requests are met in full, this responsibility will entail active customer and cross functional communication within the service organization.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a lead point of contact for spare part sales.
- Quote and process customer requests. You will submit completed quotes within targeted time frame. You will use our ERP system as a source of information.
- Cross functional communication within the service and supporting departments.
- Continual customer follow-up, active customer communication regarding the customer inquiries.
Key requirements
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant business field with 1-2 years’ experience in similar employment.
- Skilled in MS Office, relevant ERP experience.
- Strong organizing and analytical problem-solving skills. Solution oriented, self-motivated.
- Initiates completion of tasks without necessary supervision.
- Able to maintain consistency in highly routine tasks.
- An understanding of supply chain process.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
