Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Emphasis on originating new lending transactions.
- Promote and sell a range of banking products and services to meet customers’; financial needs.
- Accountability for development and execution of creative sales strategies & campaigns.
- Facilitating the timely preparation, review, and circulation of credit applications for all short to medium-term loan facilities to the client’s credit committee for thorough evaluation and consideration.
- Drafting of facility documentation, capital raising packs, bridging finance requests and associated mandates.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
- Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree (Property, Legal or Finance degree preferred)
Minimum Experience and Skills:
3+ years’ experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
