Job Description
Position Purpose
Enabling Full Size Plastic Pallets (FSPP) growth acceleration in Europe with a focussed approach to set and deliver against an ambitious growth plan in order to increase our share and scale.
Being the direct support of the regional Category Managers in the strategic management of the region co-creating EU/Regional/Country Plans.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Support the Inbound Solutions Dry Sales Team in the developments of FSPP European ; Regional ; Country Plans for the short and medium term.
- Analyse and evaluate multiple data sources ; historical sales data, customer insights, market and competitor intelligence to visually report the main characteristics on different regional levels that supports driving growth in FSPP.
- Analyse and evaluate historical delivery; historical collections ; historical network mapping to visually report upon that supports driving efficiencies in the management of FMS in the region.
- Create and evaluate health measurements on all aspects ; Commercial Mngt ; Marketing Mngt ; Asset Mngt ; Finance Mngt ; Supply Chain Mngt ; Quality Mngt
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, asset productivity, customer service, supply chain, market insights team to understand the elements behind KPI’s enabling a plan for action per region to continuously improve.
- Price evaluation by segment.
- Facilitate the Quarterly Regional Review meetings (including agreeing the agenda; key decisions, key actions) and play a key role in driving alignment between Regional and European objectives.
- Generate presentation packs covering high level + detailed level materials (including Sales and other KPI analytics ; market potential and growth segmentation per region and cross regions) which form the foundation for these Regional Review Meetings.
- Support the creation of a more consistent format for engagement with Business.
- Continuously evolve to meet the needs of the business and adopt best practice both internally and externally.
- Potential to support commercial teams in F2F discussions with customers
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equal through experience
Experience
- 2-3 years of business experience ·
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience
- Experience in Sales or Supply chain within food and packaging industry is a plus
- Proven Experience in analytics through creation of reports and bringing data together to generate understanding and conclusions.
- Strong experience in engaging key stakeholders in different areas (finance, supply chain, local commercial teams)
- Project Management to co-develope a business plan for the region assigned
