Job description
1. Warehouse process management
- Lead the shift team to perform each warehouse process & activity.
- Efficiently manage shift manpower and other resources to meet operation targets.
- Ensure the shift team adhere to all SOPs, local procedures & full operation compliance.
- Ensure good 5S in the shift.
- Issue shift report.
- Ensure good shift handover.
- Contribute to process improvement.
2. Quality management
- To ensure operation compliance in the shift.
- Monitor shift team operating behaviors and conduct shipment sampling check.
- Analyze quality defects and report.
- Support WH supervision team on audits.
3. Inventory management.
- Ensure the cycle count plan is well executed.
- Analyze the cycle count discrepancy, propose action plan, and ensure execution.
- To ensure to perform E-IA in time and accurately.
- Ensure WH operation controls and alignment between system and physicals movement.
4. People management
- Participate in operator training program to ensure operators right competence.
- Conduct shift meeting to ensure good execution of guidance from supervision team.
- Carry out regular performance assessments for the shift team.
- Ensure engagement from the shift team.
5. Infrastructure, equipment & tools and system management:
- Work with central functions to manage WH equipment, tools, and system.
- Ensure all equipment are properly used in the shift & shift team are adequately trained.
- Timely report infrastructure, equipment issues and highlight for repair and maintenance.
- Monitor system status and raise remedy ticket to get timely support.
6. Environment, Health and Safety management
- Be responsible for EHS compliance in the shift.
- Work with WH central function to ensure safety risks are identified and safety preventive actions are followed.
- Lead safety inspection in the shift.
- Work with WH central function on safety incidents analysis, propose and execute action plan.
7. Security management
- Be responsible for security compliance in the shift.
- Coordinate with WH central function to review and control security issues.
- Ensure security procedures & rules are followed.
Profile
- High school graduates & above.
- 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations.
- People management skills
- Coordination & communication skills
- Problem analysis & solving skills.
- Hands-on skills on daily activities
- English proficiency in reading & writing.
